Support Workers

Cleaning Services
Our NDIS-funded cleaning service helps participants maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. We understand that for many people, household tasks can be challenging. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. We're here to help without judgment.
Our cleaning team is friendly, professional, and respectful of your home and your privacy. We work around your schedule and preferences so that you always feel in control.
A clean home is about so much more than appearances. It's about your health, your wellbeing, and your sense of dignity. We take that seriously.
What's Included
- General domestic cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting)
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning

Support Coordination
Understanding your NDIS plan can feel overwhelming. There's a lot to take in and it can be hard to know where to start. Our support coordinators work alongside you to help you understand your funding, connect with the right providers, and get the most from your plan.
We don't just tell you what's possible. We work with you to make it happen. Whether you're implementing your plan for the first time or navigating a plan review, we're here to guide you every step of the way.
If you ever hit a roadblock or face a crisis, your support coordinator is there to help you find solutions quickly and calmly.

Occupational Therapy / FCAs
Our occupational therapists provide expert Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) to help participants clearly demonstrate their support needs at NDIS plan reviews. A well-prepared FCA can make a significant difference to the funding you receive.
Our therapists take a warm, person-centred approach. We work at your pace, in your environment, to get a true picture of your strengths and support needs.
