We Have a Chat

One of our friendly team members will reach out within 1 business day to have a proper conversation. We'll take the time to really listen. We want to understand your goals, your daily life, your challenges, and what matters most to you.

Based on what we learn, we'll connect you with the right support worker, coordinator, or therapist for your unique situation. We take matching seriously because the right fit makes all the difference.

Your Supports Begin

Once you're happy with your match, we handle all the admin and paperwork so you can focus on reaching your goals. We'll set up service agreements, confirm schedules, and make sure everything is in place before you start.

We check in regularly to make sure everything is going well. If your needs change, your support changes with them. We're always here to adjust, troubleshoot, or simply have a chat. You're never alone in this journey.

Common Questions

Do I need to have an active NDIS plan?

Yes, our services are NDIS-funded, so you'll need an approved NDIS plan. If you're not yet on the NDIS, we recommend contacting the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visiting ndis.gov.au to start the access process.

How do I know if I'm eligible for these services?

The best way is to fill in our referral form or give us a call. We're happy to chat through your situation and help you understand what your plan might cover. If you're unsure, fill it in anyway and we'll work it out together.

What areas do you service?

We service the Central Coast and Hunter Region of NSW, including Gosford, Wyong, Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, and surrounding areas.

How quickly can supports start?

We aim to be in touch within 1 business day of receiving your referral. How quickly supports begin depends on your plan and the type of service. We'll give you a clear timeline once we've spoken with you.
